The Comments Dashboard has several filters that allow you to tailor almost all cards’ results closer to your needs.
With the help of the Comments Type filter, you can specify which comment type will be used to calculate all the results for each card (except for the Total by Time Period Card which uses a more sophisticated all-inclusive filtering logic).
Possible values depends on whatever comment types exist in your database. Usually, on a regular WordPress site, they are:
- Comments
- Pingbacks
- Trackbacks
Changing the value of this filter will instantly trigger all the cards to be updated with the data specific to the selected time period.
